Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Exchange & SharePoint Engineer based in Cairo, Egypt. The Exchange & SharePoint Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining Exchange and SharePoint environments, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of messaging and collaboration systems. The role involves monitoring infrastructure, implementing upgrades, and ensuring system reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve issues and ensure optimal performance.
• Prior experience with SharePoint and Exchange 2016 & 2019 is highly desirable.
• Expertise in Messaging and email protocols, including configuring and managing Exchange environments.
• Strong System Administration and Infrastructure management skills to oversee the stability and maintenance of IT systems.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic team environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft solutions and tools is a strong advantage.
