JobDescription:
As a Senior Software Engineer at Specto, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining new/existing features on a highly scalable platform. You must ensure that all your deliverables satisfy the product requirements and quality standards.
What You'll Do:
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions in accordance with industry best practices.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Analyze and resolve technical problems, proposing innovative solutions and improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect software systems that meet business objectives and align with long-term strategic goals.
- Staying up to date with the latest software development best practices.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any engineering field (computer, electrical, BIS, etc.).
- Proven experience as a software engineer, with 3-5 years in software development.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language (Python, .Net C#, etc.).
- Experience inFront-End technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
- Familiarity with software development best practices, including coding standards, and code reviews.
- Familiarity with Relational and NoSQL databases.
- Comfortable working with version control tools such as Git.
- Good communication skills, in both Arabic and English.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning would be considered valuable PLUS.
