Job Summary
Leads and oversees the execution phase of PPP infrastructure projects within the Government PMO, ensuring delivery compliance with approved scope, schedule, quality, budget, and contractual obligations.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee project execution during design, construction, and commissioning phases
- Monitor EPC contractor performance against contractual requirements
- Ensure compliance with PPP agreements, technical standards, and regulatory requirements
- Review and approve engineering designs, variations, and technical submissions
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and performance reporting
- Identify and mitigate technical and execution risks
- Coordinate with private partners, consultants, and government stakeholders
- Oversee quality assurance, HSE compliance, and project controls
- Support transition from construction to operations phase
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 4 6 years of experience in infrastructure project execution
- Strong experience in PPP or large-scale government projects
- Solid knowledge of construction management and contract administration
- Strong leadership, coordination, and risk management skills
