Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Executive Administrative Assistant based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves providing high-level administrative support to senior management across both OnlineArabLink.com and The Leading Link.

Key responsibilities include managing calendars, organizing meetings, preparing correspondence, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations. The role also involves answering calls, handling clerical tasks, and supporting executives with various administrative needs.

In addition, the position will play an important role in assisting with business setup and company formation processes, including preparing required documentation, coordinating submissions, and supporting clients throughout their setup journey in the UAE.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and clerical skills, including proficiency in managing schedules, documentation, and office systems.
  • Excellent communication and professional phone etiquette when interacting with clients and partners.
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives in a structured and efficient manner.
  • Ability to assist in tasks related to business setup and company formation, coordinating with relevant authorities as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related productivity tools.
  • Experience in corporate service provider companies (CSP) is an advantage.
