Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership. Responsibilities include managing calendars, preparing expense reports, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and handling confidential communications. The role requires proactive problem-solving, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance roles
  • Expertise in handling Expense Reports and providing detailed Executive Support
  • Strong Communication skills for effectively liaising with stakeholders and team members
  • Proficient in time management and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with productivity software and scheduling tools
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience in supporting remote teams and working in a virtual environment is a plus
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
