PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly competent, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant and contribute to the effectiveness of the global Brooki team. This role goes beyond traditional diary management and event coordination - it requires a strategic thinker who can anticipate needs, manage complex priorities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings across time zones, and prioritizing engagements.
- Support interactions with Board members, investors, and senior leadership, including coordination of materials, agendas, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for events and meetings.
- Prepare briefing documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand strategy, priorities, and commercial implications.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
- Anticipate needs and proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Support project tracking and follow-ups on key initiatives.
- Assist in drafting communications, memos, and strategic updates.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and ensure timely completion of action items.
- Work on ad-hoc projects and technology initiatives.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years experience as an EA, PA, or Chief of Staff to a senior executive or founder
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars and competing priorities across time zones
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (Notion, Asana, or similar)
- Experience in a fast-growth, founder-led, or consumer brand business is highly regarded
- A genuine interest in the Brooki brand and what it stands for is a strong advantage.
