Job Description

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and assist in general office management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare, format, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
  • Maintain organized filing systemsboth digital and physical.
  • Support travel planning, expense reporting, and logistical arrangements.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Assist in general office administration and ensure the workspace remains efficient and organized.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role with at least 10 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
