We're looking for a confident and highly organized Executive Coordinator for one of our non profit organisation client to support their senior leadership and keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys managing priorities, communicating with diverse stakeholders, and working with a high level of trust and independence.
What you'll do:
- Act as the main point of contact for the Director General's office
- Manage calendars, meetings, priorities, and complex travel arrangements
- Prepare and coordinate correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Organise internal and external meetings, events, and follow-ups
- Support senior leadership, board members, and management committees when needed
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Take ownership of special projects and work confidently under deadlines
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of senior administrative or executive support experience
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong skills in MS Office and digital communication tools
- Excellent organisation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- A proactive, reliable self-starter who works well in a multicultural environment
