Job Description

We're looking for a confident and highly organized Executive Coordinator for one of our non profit organisation client to support their senior leadership and keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys managing priorities, communicating with diverse stakeholders, and working with a high level of trust and independence.

What you'll do:

  • Act as the main point of contact for the Director General's office
  • Manage calendars, meetings, priorities, and complex travel arrangements
  • Prepare and coordinate correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Organise internal and external meetings, events, and follow-ups
  • Support senior leadership, board members, and management committees when needed
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Take ownership of special projects and work confidently under deadlines

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of senior administrative or executive support experience
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong skills in MS Office and digital communication tools
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
  • A proactive, reliable self-starter who works well in a multicultural environment
