We're recruiting an Executive Assistant for one of our clients, who is a leading pharmaceutical organization based in Dubai, UAE.
About Our Client:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders
- Organize and prepare meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports with accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the Head of Franchise
- Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to support alignment across teams
- Draft emails and other communications on behalf of the Head
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and documents with strong attention to detail
- Maintain databases, records, and shared files in an organized and up-to-date manner
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant supporting senior leadership (Directors, Heads of Department, or C-suite)
- Experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or within a consulting firm is highly preferred
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
