Job Description

Ecstasy Holding is a fast-scaling multi-sector enterprise operating across technology, media, real estate, construction, AI, and investments. We move fast, think big, and operate at a high standard. We are not looking for a traditional administrative assistant.

We are hiring a sharp, proactive, highly intelligent Executive Assistant who can keep pace with a founder who operates at 10x speed.

If you need micromanagement, slow instructions, or repetitive tasks this role is not for you.

We need someone who can think, anticipate, organize, and execute at a high level.

What You Will Do

  • Act as the CEO's operational shadow, protecting time, filtering noise, and ensuring focus.
  • Turn the CEO's ideas into clear plans, SOPs, and action steps.
  • Build structure across multiple subsidiaries tracking progress, deadlines, and accountability.
  • Prepare briefs, summaries, decks, and meeting intelligence before every meeting.
  • Manage communication flow and coordinate with leadership teams.
  • Keep the CEO's world running with precision, clarity, and speed.
  • Identify problems before they surface and remove bottlenecks proactively.
  • Implement tools and systems to improve efficiency (AI, dashboards, automation, workflows).

Who You Must Be

  • Exceptionally organized you can bring order to complexity instantly.
  • Strong communicator with perfect written & spoken English.
  • Tech-savvy comfortable with AI tools, dashboards, documents, and workflow systems.
  • Fast learner who absorbs information quickly and executes without repeated instructions.
  • Proactive operator you take initiative, anticipate needs, and solve problems independently.
  • Emotionally intelligent, discreet, and professionally mature.
  • Able to work in a high-intensity, high-speed environment without being overwhelmed.
  • Someone who loves creating structure, clarity, and control.

This role requires intellectual sharpness, not just admin skill.

Requirements

  • 37 years supporting a Founder/CEO/Executive (or equivalent high-responsibility role).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage operations, communication, and complex workflows.
  • Experience coordinating projects or teams is a major plus.
  • Comfort with ambiguity the ability to take a messy situation and clean it up.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
