Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage the Managing Partner's calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate and follow up on daily tasks, deadlines, and workflow efficiency between the Managing Director, employees, and departments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence, ensuring timely distribution and taking prompt action on assigned tasks.
- Follow up on clients invoices and pending proposals or engagement letters with assigned officers.
- Assist in contracts documentation, including bookkeeping tasks such as processing bills and expenses.
- Prepare proposals, NDAs, engagement letters, and ensure reports are formattedaccording to company policies.
- Arrange travel for employees and manage office logistics, including procurement and office supplies.
- Support personnel affairs, including employee records, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, attendance, leaves, training, and performance tracking.
- Assist in preparing visa invitation letters when required.
- Manage special events, expenses and petty cash, attendance, leaves, training, performance management.
Minimum Qualification and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong organizing skills.
- 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant /Executive Secretarial.
- Excellent communication skills both in Arabic and English.
- High competency level with MS Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
