Job Description

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, preferably in the real estate industry or boutique agencies.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and analytics.
  • Experience managing successful social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in running Google Ads and familiarity with other online advertising platforms.

Responsibilities:


  • E- Marketing skills (Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, blogs..etc.):
  • Coordinates an effective web presence that positions company as a leader in soft skills
  • Provides all target markets with up-to-date information about programs, services and activities
  • Directs Web Services on the architecture, content and look & feel of the website in keeping with the brand
  • Develops online marketing communications and media strategies including email campaign, management, search engine marketing, online media and promotions
  • Stays up-to-date on the latest trends in interactive marketing/media and Search Engine Marketing
  • Researching, Writing, Gathering, Organizing, And Editing Information For Publication On Web Sites Which May Consist Of Prose, Graphics, Pictures, Recordings, Movies Or Other Media Assets That Could Be Distributed By A Hypertext Transfer Protocol Server, And Viewed By A Web Browser
  • Integrate Content Into New Or Existing Web Sites,
  • Managing client Web Sites.
  • Develop And Design Marketing Materials: Promotion, Social Sites (Facebook, Twitter, And LinkedIn), Email Shot Templates, Posters Flyers, Brochures, Business Cards, Letterhead, Certificates. Etc
  • Regular Email, Fax, & Telephone Contact with Key Contacts.
  • Pre/Post Adoption Presentations, And Product Training Sessions.
  • Maintains Professional And Technical Knowledge By Attending Training Workshops; Reviewing Professional Publications; Establishing Personal Networks; Participating In Professional Societies.
  • Contributes To Team Effort By Accomplishing Related Results As Needed.
  • Liaising And Networking With A Range Of Stakeholders Including Customers, Colleagues, Suppliers And Partner Organizations
  • Sourcing Advertising Opportunities And Placing Adverts In The Press - Local, Regional, National And Specialist Publications
  • Writing And Proofreading Marketing Materials Copy
  • Organizing Photo Shoots;
  • Maintaining And Updating Customer Databases;
  • Conducting Market Research Such As Customer Questionnaires And Focus Groups;
  • Contributing To, And Developing, Marketing Plans And Strategies;
