Job Summary
The Executive Assistant (EA) at KPMG will provide high-level administrative and business support to our Partners. This role requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to effectively manage schedules, coordinate communications, and support daily operations. The EA acts as a key point of contact and ensures the efficient handling of confidential information and priorities across two dynamic leadership functions.
Responsibilities
- Organizing, arranging, and prioritizing meetings to ensure efficient scheduling
- Booking international and domestic flights, hotels, and transportation
- Preparing and submitting visa applications and required travel documents
- Processing and claiming business expenses in a timely manner
- Completing and maintaining accurate timesheets
- Managing and optimizing the executive's calendar and daily agenda
- Handling signature requests and approvals to ensure smooth workflow operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
