Executive Assistant to the CEO (Russian Speaking)

Job Purpose
The role is to workvery closely with the CEOacross a group of companies. The person will attend meetings with the CEO, understand requirements, translate discussions into actions, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure smooth follow-ups. This role is ideal for someoneambitious, passionate, proactive, and looking togrow into a senior leadership roleover time.
Key Responsibilities:
CEO Support & Coordination
- Attendall key meetings with the CEO(internal & external)
- Clearlyunderstand decisions, priorities, and action pointsfrom meetings
- Act as thebridge between the CEO and teams
- Ensure CEO's instructions areexecuted accurately and on time
Task Management & Follow-ups
- Createtasks and action plansfor internal teams
- Assign responsibilities and deadlines
- Follow up regularlywith teams to ensure completion
- Track progress andupdate the CEO with clear status reports
Internal & External Communication
- Coordinate withinternal departments(operations, finance, HR, sales, etc.)
- Liaise withexternal partners, clients, vendors, and advisors
- Draft professional emails, summaries, and meeting notes
- Communicate confidently inRussian and English
Calendar, Travel & Diary Management
- ManageCEO's calendar, diary, and meeting schedules
- Organizebusiness travel, flights, hotels, visas, and itineraries
- Ensure time is used efficiently and priorities are well planned
Business & Growth Support
- Help the CEO withplanning, execution, and organization
- Support strategic initiatives across the group of companies
- Identify gaps, delays, or risks andproactively flag them
- Continuously improve systems, workflows, and coordination
Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have
- Fluent Russian & English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
