Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly capable and driven EA to work closely with the executive leadership team to drive strategic execution, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence.
This role requires strong project management skills, experience coordinating complex business initiatives, and exposure to investment, finance, and legal matters. The successful candidate will act as a strategic business partner, ensuring priorities remain aligned, projects are delivered on time, and key business objectives are achieved in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Business Operations
- Support executive leadership in executing strategic business priorities and initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional business projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor business KPIs and prepare executive reports, dashboards, and performance updates.
- Identify operational risks and escalation points, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain oversight of key business initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are achieved.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and accountability.
- Manage project timelines, documentation, action trackers, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare executive presentations, briefing notes, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Build strong working relationships across departments to support successful project delivery.
Investment, Legal & Corporate Governance
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Investment teams on business initiatives and due diligence activities.
- Review and monitor contracts, agreements, and regulatory documentation in collaboration with internal or external legal advisors.
- Maintain accurate records of business-critical documentation and approvals.
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO's complex calendar, meetings, and executive priorities.
- Coordinate executive travel arrangements, including itineraries, visa documentation, accommodation, and related logistics where required.
- Act as a liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential and sensitive business information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Support implementation of efficient workflows and best practices across the business.
- Assist with business transformation and operational improvement initiatives.
Reporting Relationships
- Reports directly to the CEO.
- Works closely with the COO and senior leadership team.
- Collaborates with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Investment, and other business functions.
- Builds effective working relationships with external consultants, legal advisors, vendors, and business partners.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- A Master's degree is considered an advantage.
Experience
- Proven experience in Business Operations, Executive Operations, Project Management, Strategy, or a similar role.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Exposure to investment, legal, corporate governance, or finance-related projects is highly desirable.
Certifications
- PMP or another recognised Project Management certification is an advantage.
Technical Skills
Experience using business collaboration and project management tools such as:
- ClickUp
- Jira
- Slack
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
or equivalent business productivity platforms.

- Fluent English is required.
