THE ROLE

Temenos is growing across all product lines and in all geographies, the Middle East region is one of the most dynamic and exciting regions. The Executive Assistant will provide support to the MEA Managing Director and is responsible for providing end to end administrative support to him. This role is fast paced, you need to be able to work with some ambiguity and problem solving skills are key.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will provide administrative assistance to the MEA Managing Director and you may need to support the wider management team from time to time.
  • You will be responsible for diary management for the MEA MD.
  • You will arrange and coordinate internal and external client meetings and events (as required).
  • You will responsible for expense submissions and reimbursements
  • You will be booking travel, arranging visas, transport hotels etc.
  • You will be responsible for event organization and coordination limited strictly to engagements directly related to the MD. The role is solely dedicated to supporting the MEA MD within this defined scope.

SKILLS

  • You should have about 8 10 years of work experience in a global company and ideally experience working in the MEA region.
  • You should have very strong administrative and office support skills and experience.
  • You should have an excellent knowledge of MS Office environment: especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Outlook calendar experience essential.
  • You should have a good proficiency in English (especially reading and writing)
  • A currently valid visa in order to work in the region would be ideal.
  • You should have good communication skills, planning and organizing skills, a keen commitment to quality, ability to multi-task, and be flexible and adaptable to the needs of the role.
  • You should have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and be adaptive to changing deadlines.
