Job Purpose
The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides comprehensive, high-level support by managing executive priorities, facilitating strategic initiatives, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering insightful analysis. This role requires exceptional professionalism, discretion, analytical capability, and technical proficiency to enable the CEO to focus on critical organizational objectives.
Key Accountabilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including Board members and regulators
- Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities and resolving conflicts proactively
- Coordinate and manage complex travel arrangements, meetings, and executive engagements
- Screen, draft, and manage all CEO correspondence with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Prepare executive-level communications including presentations, reports, speeches, and briefing materials
- Support Board and regulatory submissions, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Attend meetings, capture minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up and execution
- Provide analytical support through reports, dashboards, and data insights (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
- Consolidate inputs from multiple departments into clear and concise executive summaries
- Monitor strategic initiatives, CEO priorities, and special projects, ensuring progress and alignment
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution and escalate risks when required
- Develop high-quality presentations aligned with corporate branding and executive standards
- Manage CEO-related systems, portals, and documentation effectively
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the CEO office and support overall executive efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Experience in large organizations or regulated environments is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Strong experience with Power BI and data visualization
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to support executive decision-making
