Job Summary
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support executives. The role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and travel arrangements
Act as a primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare, review, and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents
Attend meetings when required, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items
Manage emails, phone calls, and requests, prioritizing urgent matters appropriately
Coordinate and support projects, ensuring deadlines are met
Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
Assist with planning and organizing events, meetings, and business trips
Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical)
Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Fluency in English is required (additional languages are a plus)
