We are currently looking for a Senior Executive Assistant who will act as a trusted operational partner to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Chief Commercial Officer (
CCO).
This role sits at the center of executive coordination and plays a key role in ensuring smooth communication, efficient administrative processes, and professional execution of daily operational responsibil
ities.
The Executive Assistant will manage complex schedules, support strategic meetings, coordinate international travel, and contribute to cross-functional projects across the organi
zation.
The position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational excellence, as well as the ability to operate in a fast-paced international environment supporting senior lea
dership.
Key Respons
- ibilitiesProvide high-level executive support to three C-level executives, including complex agenda management, preparation of documents and presentations, and tracking of key acti
- on items.Ensure bilingual communication in Russian and English, including simultaneous and consecutive interpretation during meetings and translation of official documentation when
- required.Manage national and international travel arrangements, including visas, accommodation, transportation, and expense reports, while preparing briefing materials ahead of executive meetings and appo
- intments.Support cross-functional projects such as strategic workshops, internal reviews, and business meetings by preparing research materials, presentations, and executive briefing d
- ocuments.Coordinate communication between executives and internal teams to ensure smooth information flow and alignment across dep
- artments.Oversee administrative processes within the executive office, including digital document management, invoicing follow-up, and optimization of administrative w

- quirementsProven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level leadership in a fast-paced corporate en
- vironment.At least 5 years of experience in executive support, office management, or similar senior administrat
- ive roles.Native or fluent Russian and fluent English are required, with the ability to perform professional-level translation and interpretation in executive
- contexts.Expert mastery of Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and S
- harePoint.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage complex schedules and multiple priorities simul
- taneously.High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability when working with confidential in
- formation.Excellent communication and coordination skills when working with senior stakeholders and cross-functio
- nal teams.Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced international en
- vironment.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
