Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:

-Provide full administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination.

-Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring professional communication and timely follow-up.

-Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes.

-Coordinate internal and external communications with stakeholders.

-Manage confidential information with a high level of discretion.

-Assist with expense tracking, reporting, and administrative documentation.

-Support day-to-day operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

  • Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

-1-2 years of relevant experience is required.

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word – Excell – PowerPoint) minimum – any more tool is a plus.

-To be self-motivated and to be able to use own initiative and to take ownership of projects.

-Background in medical, business, or related fields is preferred.
