Role Description

This full-time, temporary position is for an on-site Executive Assistant located in Dubai. The Executive Assistant will manage daily administrative tasks, provide executive support, handle expense reports, and ensure effective communication across the organization. In this role, you will support senior executives by organizing their schedules, managing correspondence, preparing reports, and helping maintain efficient office operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance tasks
  • Experience managing Expense Reports and supporting Executive operations
  • Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in office software applications and familiarity with digital collaboration tools
  • Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities as needed
  • Previous experience in a similar role; experience in dynamic office environments is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
