Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a large, fast-paced organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex calendars, frequent travel, and high-level stakeholder coordination. Discretion, maturity, and reliability are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive-level administrative support to senior leadership.
- Manage highly complex, dynamic calendars, including multiple time zones and competing priorities.
- Coordinate frequent domestic and international travel, including visas, flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
- Act as a gatekeeper and primary point of contact for executives with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing documents.
- Attend meetings when required, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues independently.
- Coordinate with internal teams, board members, and external partners.
- Support ad-hoc projects and executive initiatives as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 68 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership.
- Proven career stability, with 23 years tenure in each previous role.
- Experience working within large organizations or corporate groups.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing high-volume, fast-moving, and complex calendars.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible working hours.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
