Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage and maintain the VP's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Organize, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and requests, ensuring timely responses.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Handle confidential correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the VP and internal/external stakeholders.
Administrative & Office Coordination
- Coordinate departmental activities, events, and workshops.
- Track and follow up on project deadlines, action items, and deliverables.
- Process purchase requests, expense reports, and administrative forms.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Draft official emails, memos, and communication on behalf of the VP.
- Liaise with government entities, partners, and private sector stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and professional communication flow within the department.
Project & Operational Support
- Assist with project tracking, research, data collection, and reporting.
- Support the implementation of digital initiatives, programs, and strategic plans.
- Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and progress reports as required by the VP.
- Coordinate cross-functional tasks with other departments.
Skills & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Communications, or related field.
Experience
- 58 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Officer, preferably supporting senior leadership.
- Experience in government, digital economy, or technology-related sectors is an advantage.
