Job Description

Overall Purpose

To manage and oversee all Human Capital Management activities, including recruitment, hiring, training, and employee relations, in addition to organizational development functions. This includes establishing and developing best practices such as policies, procedures, regulations, performance management systems, compensation, and benefits frameworks.

Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Human Capital strategy in alignment with the Group's overall strategy and objectives.

Oversee all Human Capital operations, including recruitment, staffing, training, development, performance management, compensation, and benefits.

Develop and implement Human Capital policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring full compliance and governance.

Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and government requirements related to human resources.

Supervise workforce planning and analyze current and future manpower needs.

Manage salary structures and benefits programs to balance market competitiveness with financial sustainability.

Develop talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning programs, including leadership pipeline development.

Oversee performance evaluation processes and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Lead organizational development initiatives, change management programs, and continuous improvement of the work environment.

Support and empower executive leadership and department heads on all Human Capitalrelated matters.

Oversee training and development programs and leadership capability-building initiatives.

Promote and strengthen organizational culture and corporate values across the Group.

Prepare periodic reports and submit recommendations to senior management and the Chief Executive Officer.

Represent Human Capital in strategic meetings and executive committees.

Supervise and develop Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS / ERP systems).

Manage the Human Capital budget and ensure optimal utilization of resources.

Monitor KPIs and assess the efficiency and effectiveness of Human Capital practices.

Qualifications, Training & Professional Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional certifications such as CIPD or SHRM are preferred.

Experience & Skills

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Management.

Proficiency in English.

Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.

Leadership and executive management capabilities.

Delegation and empowerment skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Notes

The role may include performing any additional duties or tasks required by the nature of work and approved by the Chief Executive Officer.
