A leading, Abu Dhabi based master developer is seeking an Executive Director Marketing & Communications to lead its end-to-end marketing strategy across a diverse and high-profile portfolio spanning real estate, lifestyle, and destination-led developments.

This is a critical leadership role reporting into the Chief Commercial Officer, with full accountability for brand, demand generation, digital, communications, events, and strategic partnerships. The position plays a central role in shaping market positioning, driving commercial performance, and elevating brand presence both regionally and internationally.

The Role

You will:

• Define and execute an integrated marketing and communications strategy aligned to corporate and commercial objectives
• Lead annual marketing plans, budgets, performance metrics, and ROI measurement
• Drive brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels and markets
• Leverage customer and market insights to inform product launches, engagement strategies, and expansion plans
• Oversee corporate communications, PR, digital transformation, content, and media strategy
• Lead flagship events, roadshows, exhibitions, and strategic partnerships
• Act as a senior advisor to executive leadership on market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
• Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing marketing organisation

Candidate Profile

• Mandatory experience within real estate, large-scale developments, lifestyle, hospitality, or luxury environments
• 15+ years senior marketing leadership experience
• Proven track record leading integrated marketing strategies and brand platforms
• Strong digital, customer engagement, and demand-generation expertise
• Commercially astute, data-driven, and comfortable operating at executive level
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capability
