JOB PURPOSE:
Lead the legal execution function on defaulted corporate clients and lead the recovery efforts through various types of courts within KSA jurisdiction, Manage the settlements proposals through courts for delinquent corporate clients, in adherence to established policies, procedures and guidelines.
Key Accountabilities:
Execution:
- Examines and identifies the fundamental legal causes associated with the underperformance of customers within the division to address critical legal and documentation issues
- Review and analyze the existing and new documentation of corporate client within SAM portfolio, in order to assess the ability of the bank to enforce the client and guarantors at execution courts. The review included but not limited to legal terms and conditions of the agreements
People Management:
- Manage and oversee the team performance through performance planning, coaching and feedback, also to develop the skills and competencies required for effective individual professional and personal career growth.
- Direct and ensure the effective achievement of functional objectives through leadership.
Financial Objectives:
- Achieve the set financial objectives on recovery and collection via courts.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Experience:
- +7 years experience in execution / recovery and litigation
Job-Specific Skills:
- Strong legal and recovery via courts related skills.
- Good understanding of corporate documentation
- Strong legal analytical and evaluation skills.
