Raya FMCG; one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring a Executive (Marketing).
What will you do
- Support the development and execution of trade marketing plans and initiatives across our FMCG brands.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and address market needs.
- Conduct market and store visits to monitor product visibility, shelf placement, pricing, competitor activity, and execution.
- Develop and coordinate in-store activations, promotions, POSM, and other trade marketing materials.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities and insights.
- Track and report on the performance and effectiveness of trade marketing activities.
- Support the creation of trade marketing calendars, plans, budgets, and reports.
- Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to ensure trade activities are aligned with overall brand and marketing strategies.
- Participate in other marketing functions and projects to gain broader hands-on marketing experience.
What will you need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience
- Strong interest in FMCG, retail, and trade marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
- Strong attention to detail.
