Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Officer - HR located in Dubai. Responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations. The role involves strategizing and implementing HR initiatives, conducting training programs for staff, overseeing performance appraisals, and maintaining accurate employee records. The Executive Officer will also collaborate with leadership to maintain a positive, productive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HR policies and practices, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws
• Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
• Skills in Training and Development, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in HR tools and systems, with familiarity in HRIS being advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A postgraduate qualification in HR or related discipline is a plus
• Experience working in the UAE or familiarity with its labor laws and regulations is beneficial
