Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive & Operations Assistant based in Cairo, Egypt, with occasional work from home flexibility.
The selected candidate will work directly with the Director of Operations and will serve as a key support role in managing recruitment needs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth day to day operations across the company.
In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this role holds a critical mandate:
Identifying, sourcing, and providing the required talent for all technical, creative, and administrative positions, strictly following the criteria and requirements defined by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Searching for and sourcing qualified candidates for multiple technical, creative, and administrative roles
- Screening CVs, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews
- Managing end-to-end recruitment tasks based on the company's staffing needs
- Following up with employees on assigned tasks, deadlines, and project progress
- Tracking ongoing projects and ensuring smooth workflow between teams
- Assisting in onboarding new hires and maintaining updated team records
- Preparing reports, summaries, and documentation for management
- Managing calendars, meetings, and administrative functions for the Director of Operations
- Keeping communication structured and ensuring tasks move on schedule
- Handling confidential information with a high level of professionalism
Qualifications (updated):
- Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or coordination roles
- Strong administrative and operations management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and follow up with employees effectively
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Proficiency in office tools and task-management platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Asana, etc.)
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters
- A strong professional network that supports fast and efficient sourcing of qualified candidates across different specialties is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, HR, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in a similar Executive/Operations role is an advantage
