Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Executive Personal Assistant for an on-site role located in Dubai. The Executive Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to company executives, including managing daily schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Diary Management and scheduling
  • Competence in performing Clerical Skills such as organizing documents and preparing reports
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced corporate or executive environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and schedules
  • Travel for job
