Job Description

Executive & Personal Assistant to CEO

Crystal Power Investments is seeking a proactive, highly organized Executive & Personal Assistant to support our Founder & CEO, Mo'men Maisara. This pivotal role combines executive support, business coordination, and administrative management across diverse company ventures.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Personal Support (50%)

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and daily agenda.
  • Handle email correspondence (Arabic & English) with prompt, professional responses.
  • Organize travel arrangements and assist with personal errands.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters.

Business Coordination (30%)

  • Support CEO interactions across multiple business sectors.
  • Coordinate meetings with stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Track project progress and deadlines.
  • Assist with business development and research tasks.

Administrative Management (20%)

  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital & physical).
  • Process expense reports and office tasks.
  • Liaise with teams for operational efficiency.
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written & spoken).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & digital tools.
  • Professional, discreet, and adaptable under pressure.
