Executive & Personal Assistant to CEO
Crystal Power Investments is seeking a proactive, highly organized Executive & Personal Assistant to support our Founder & CEO, Mo'men Maisara. This pivotal role combines executive support, business coordination, and administrative management across diverse company ventures.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Personal Support (50%)
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and daily agenda.
- Handle email correspondence (Arabic & English) with prompt, professional responses.
- Organize travel arrangements and assist with personal errands.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters.
Business Coordination (30%)
- Support CEO interactions across multiple business sectors.
- Coordinate meetings with stakeholders and internal teams.
- Track project progress and deadlines.
- Assist with business development and research tasks.
Administrative Management (20%)
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital & physical).
- Process expense reports and office tasks.
- Liaise with teams for operational efficiency.
- Handle ad hoc assignments as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written & spoken).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & digital tools.
- Professional, discreet, and adaptable under pressure.
