About the Role
As a Project Assistant to the CEO, you will play a key role in supporting our leadership team by managing strategic initiatives, coordinating projects, and handling essential administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing, coordinating, and tracking the progress of various projects.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and create presentations for the CEO.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications for the CEO.
- Organize and maintain project documentation.
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication to ensure projects are on track.
- Help organize internal and external events, such as board meetings and group events.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in administrative or project management roles (internships welcome).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Slack).
- A proactive, detail-oriented individual eager to learn and grow with the organization.
