Executive Search Consultant (180 BD role/270/360) - 50% Commission Structure ($50k average fees) + Competitive Basic

Location: Dubai, UAE

Sector: Renewable Energy & Investment Funds

Markets: USA / UAE / Europe

Recruiter: 360 or 270 or 180 business development

The Role

You will be responsible for originating and securing new client relationships in the US / UAE / EU market, converting opportunities into retained or high-quality exclusive mandates, and drive business growth.

  • Identify and engage renewable energy and investment firms
  • Develop new client relationships
  • Lead commercial conversations with senior stakeholders
  • Negotiate terms and close mandates
  • Manage client accounts strategically to drive repeat business
  • Collaborate on search execution where applicable

Requirement

  • 2+ years experience in executive search or agency recruitment (not talent Acquisition)
  • Proven track record of business development and billing
  • Experience selling into mid-to-senior level stakeholders
  • Commercially confident in outbound sales and client acquisition
  • Strong negotiation and closing ability
  • Hungry, competitive, performance-oriented, and accountable
