Job Summary:
We are seeking a well-organized and professional Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and daily schedules.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare and format letters, reports, and official documents.
- Maintain filing systems both physical and electronic.
- Coordinate with other departments and provide administrative assistance.
- Arrange travel bookings and accommodations as needed.
- Greet visitors and manage front-desk responsibilities professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar secretarial or administrative support role.
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is a must; English is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Professional appearance and ability to interact with all levels of staff.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- A diploma or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
