Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant General Manager

We are seeking a highly professional Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to senior management in a Building Construction or Engineering Consultancy Company. The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential matters with absolute discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager and senior management
  • Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and professional correspondence
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Coordinate project-related communications and documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally
  • Liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, consultants, and stakeholders

Mandatory Requirements

  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience supporting senior management in a building construction or engineering consultancy company
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Preferred

  • Previous executive-level support experience within construction or consultancy environments

Salary Package
