Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant General Manager
We are seeking a highly professional Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to senior management in a Building Construction or Engineering Consultancy Company. The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential matters with absolute discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager and senior management
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and professional correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Coordinate project-related communications and documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally
- Liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, consultants, and stakeholders
Mandatory Requirements
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience supporting senior management in a building construction or engineering consultancy company
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Preferred
- Previous executive-level support experience within construction or consultancy environments
