Job Title: Executive Secretary to the CEO
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to support the CEO. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the Electricity or Oil & Gas sector, excellent communication skills, and a strong command of the English language. This role requires discretion, efficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Draft and prepare official correspondence, reports, and documents in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Follow up on directives and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Coordinate with different departments, particularly in Electricity or Oil & Gas-related projects.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and documentation.
- Provide administrative support and perform additional duties as assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar Executive Secretary or administrative role.
- Prior experience or strong familiarity with the Electricity or Oil & Gas industry.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual (Arabic & English).
- Experience working with senior executives or C-level management.
