Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Dubai, requires an Executive Secretary to the CMD in the investment sector. The Executive Secretary will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CMD, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, drafting correspondence, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include managing company secretarial tasks, maintaining records, facilitating effective communication between stakeholders, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also involves handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism, ensuring the CMD's time and resources are utilized effectively.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in clerical skills, including document preparation, record maintenance, and office organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in company secretarial work, including minute-taking, compliance documentation, and regulatory filings.
  • Strong competencies in executive administrative assistance and calendar management, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Customer service skills for managing inquiries and building positive professional relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in an executive assistant or similar role, particularly within the investment or financial services sector, is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
