About the Role:
Designing and engineering high-velocity delivery hubs that maximize productivity per square meter.
Job Responsibilities
- AutoCAD Design: Produce optimized floor plans for all needed sites, focusing on U-shaped flow, conveyor placement, and courier dispatch zones
- Civil & Electrical Oversight: Supervise the fit-out of HVAC, fire suppression, and high-load electrical systems (required for autosorters)
- Technical Audit: Conduct pre-buy structural audits of prospective sites to ensure floor-load and height compliance
- Lean Implementation: Design hub layouts that force adherence to 5S methodology and minimize waste in parcel handling.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering or MEP Engineering
- 6-7 years of relevant experience in fit-out projects, preferably within logistics, warehousing, or commercial environments
- Strong expertise in fit-out design and execution
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Solid knowledge of OSHA and NFPA standards and safety regulations
