About the Role:
Lead end-to-end execution of expansion projects while owning the critical path to ensure delivery in line with Bosta's strategic program objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Critical Path Ownership: Lead the expansion project from site acquisition through to final automation commissioning
- Technical Oversight: Coordinate with the engineering team to manage the construction/fitout within the project
- Scheduled Delivery: own the timeline/budget variance during the launch of the first projects
- Migration Strategy: Execute the Dark Hub transition for replacement sites to ensure zero downtime
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Engineering, or related industries
- PMP certification or formal Project Management training preferred
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project
