We're Hiring! Insurance / Admin / Receptionist

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Coordinator with additional skills in admin and reception to join our team. If you have strong insurance experience and a passion for excellent patient service, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Insurance Coordination:

  • Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
  • Process and submit insurance approvals, pre-authorizations, and claims
  • Ensure accuracy of CPT codes, diagnosis codes, and approvals
  • Coordinate with clinicians regarding approved services and treatment plans
  • Follow up on pending approvals and rejected claims

Front Office & Admin:

  • Greet and assist patients warmly and professionally
  • Manage structured appointment scheduling
  • Handle patient enquiries across all platforms
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Maintain an organized reception area
  • Support general administrative tasks

Requirements
  • Experience as an Insurance Coordinator in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in clinical customer care
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • (Optional) Spanish is a plus, not required
