HELCOO REAL ESTATE BROKER L.L.C is hiring a skilled and experienced Real Estate Photographer & Videographer who is an Arabic speaker. This position requires a unique blend of photography and videography expertise to effectively capture and promote properties in the competitive real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to create compelling images and videos that resonate with a diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
- Conduct professional photography and videography sessions for residential and commercial properties, highlighting their unique features
- Edit and produce high-quality photo and video content that meets company standards
- Collaborate with real estate agents and property managers to schedule shoots and ensure that project requirements are met
- Manage equipment and ensure that all technical aspects of shoots are executed flawlessly
- Stay current with industry trends in real estate photography and videography, including new techniques and technology
- Assist in creating marketing materials and social media content to promote listings effectively
- Build an organized portfolio of work, maintaining a high standard of photography and video skills
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in real estate photography and videography with a strong portfolio to showcase your work
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus
- Expertise in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro)
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and staging for both photography and video
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of drone photography/videography is preferred
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work different hours based on property availability
