As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking an Expert Dermatologist to join our team and elevate our dermatology and aesthetic services.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled, DHA-licensed Dermatologist with strong clinical expertise in medical, cosmetic, and aesthetic dermatology. The ideal candidate should be confident, patient-focused, and experienced in delivering advanced dermatological treatments while upholding the highest standards of safety and ethics.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical & Medical Dermatology
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions
  • Manage chronic dermatological conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, pigmentation disorders, and hair loss
  • Perform dermatological assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with DHA and clinic policies
Aesthetic & Cosmetic Dermatology
  • Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to:
  • Botox & Dermal Fillers
  • PRP for skin and hair
  • Chemical Peels
  • Mesotherapy
  • Skin Boosters
  • Acne scar & pigmentation treatments
  • Collaborate with the laser team for procedures such as laser hair removal, carbon laser, and skin rejuvenation
  • Ensure safe practice standards and proper patient consent for all procedures
Patient Care & Experience
  • Deliver exceptional patient consultations with clear explanations and realistic expectations
  • Build long-term patient relationships through trust, transparency, and results
  • Handle patient concerns professionally and ethically
Team & Clinic Collaboration
  • Work closely with beauty therapists, laser specialists, and nursing staff
  • Support internal training and guidance for junior staff when required
  • Contribute to service development and treatment protocols
Compliance & Quality
  • Adhere strictly to DHA regulations, infection control policies, and clinic SOPs
  • Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical medical practice at all times.

Required Qualifications & Licensing
  • MBBS with specialization in Dermatology (MD / DVD or equivalent)
  • Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter (mandatory)
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in dermatology and aesthetic medicine (UAE experience preferred).

  • Strong expertise in both medical and aesthetic dermatology

  • Confidence in aesthetic procedures with natural-looking results
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary clinical environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred Attributes
  • Existing patient base in Dubai
  • Experience in premium or boutique clinics
  • Interest in personal branding, patient education, or awareness content
  • Multilingual skills (Arabic is a plus)
