Job Description

Job summary:

This role leads the governance, standardization, and implementation of HR frameworks across international subsidiaries to ensure policy compliance, performance alignment, talent governance, and consistent execution of Group HR standards across jurisdictions.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Prepare and update HR policies and manuals to align with Group frameworks and comply with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Check templates and validation workflows to maintain consistency, compliance, and documentation accuracy across organization.
  • Coordinate implementation of Group performance-management processes across subsidiaries, aligning KPIs, rating guidelines, and cycle timelines.
  • Apply Group compensation principles to rewards and merit-increase programs while maintaining competitiveness across country markets.
  • Organize career-management activities, including promotions and progression cycles, in coordination with Group HR and subsidiary leadership.
  • Operate end-to-end recruitment activities for international subsidiaries, including job posting, selection coordination, and approval routing.
  • Prepare and maintain standard employment contract documentation to align with Group templates and local legal requirements.
  • Perform HR governance checks to support regulatory compliance and personal-data protection across HR transactions and employee-data systems.
  • Set up succession-planning activities for international operations, identifying key roles and coordinating alignment with Group development frameworks.
  • Clarify policy interpretation and HR governance requirements to support consistent local implementation and approvals.
  • Track execution of HR governance actions and subsidiary adherence to Group HR standards, documenting follow-ups and closure status.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Minimum Experience:

Minimum of 6 years of experience.
