Job Vacancy: #ExportCoordinator /#LogisticsCoordinator

Location: Dubai

Additional Comments : Required qualifications:

1. 2-5 years UAE experience

2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.

3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in export coordination or international logistics with specific knowledge

of UAE customs.

4. Strong understanding of international trade regulations and documentation.

5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

6. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Particular skill set required

1.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

2.Experience with logistics management systems or export software

3.Basic understanding of ERP systems

Job descrition

1. Receive export orders from sales coordinators

2. Obtain approval from finance

3. Interact with sales team for payment issues

4. Coordinate with store keeper for materials availability

5. Coordinate with factory team for panel production

6. Prepare commercial invoice and packing list

7. Arrange third party inspection if required

8. Coordinate with logistics for container/trailer booking.

9. Organize container/trailer for loading

10. Communicate with drivers for timely container/trailer placement.

11. Provide required loading details to logistics/freight forwarder

12. Shipment tracking

13. Arrange samples for sales engineers

14. Prepare monthly sales report

15. Sales order processing
