We are seeking a full-time, on-site Export Specialist to be based in New Cairo. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete export cycle, ensuring smooth international shipments, and maintaining compliance with global trade regulations.Key

Responsibilities

Generate leads and new contacts

Coordinate shipping arrangements with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers

Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations and destination country requirements

Communicate and coordinate with international clients, suppliers, and internal departments

Follow up on shipments and resolve any export-related issues or delays

Maintain accurate records and reports for all export transactions

Support customer service by ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience in export operations, preferably in frozen food, vegetables, or fruits

Strong knowledge of export documentation, procedures, and regulations

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously

Proficiency in MS Office and export-related software

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)

Previous experience in a similar export role is a strong advantage

Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and remote
