Export Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new international markets and business opportunities.
• Generate and follow up on export leads to convert them into long-term clients.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue growth in assigned export regions.
• Develop and execute effective export sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, and key accounts.
• Conduct regular client meetings (virtual and in-person travel).
• Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and contract discussions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to international clients.
• Provide technical consultation and recommend tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet customer specifications.
• Conduct market research to understand competitor activity and industry trends.
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
• Secure and manage export orders from negotiation to delivery.
• Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and finance for smooth order execution.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and international standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical or relevant field).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in export sales or international business development.
• Strong understanding of international markets and export processes.
• Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
