Paste and Juice (P&J) is Egypt's leading producer and global supplier of premium natural tomato paste in bulk and Bag-in-Box (BIB), catering to the food service industry. With over 30 years of expertise, P&J processes and exports a significant portion of Egypt's tomato paste production, accounting for more than 45% annually. The company has a daily production capacity of up to 2,000 tons of fresh tomatoes and an annual processing capacity of 660,000 tons, making it one of the top 16 tomato paste producers globally. P&J serves a diverse international market, supplying regions such as Europe, Africa, South & North America, and the MENA area.

Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Egypt for an Export Sales Specialist. The role entails managing export sales operations, identifying potential clients in international markets, and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring seamless communication with clients. The Export Sales Specialist will monitor market trends, create sales strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and customer expectations.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster client relationships and address client needs effectively.
  • Sales and Sales Management abilities, including experience in target-setting, contract negotiation, and meeting revenue goals.
  • Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams to perform and achieve set objectives.
  • Proven understanding of international markets and export-related strategies is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales-related software is considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
