Yes Pac is seeking a Export Sales Specialist to join our growing commercial team.
This role is primarily focused on driving export sales growth, opening new international markets, and expanding the company's global presence. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B export sales experience within the packaging, plastics, or manufacturing sector, with a proven track record in market penetration, distributor development, and international exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead export sales activities and drive revenue growth across assigned international markets.
- Identify, open, and develop new export markets, distributors, and strategic B2B customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients, agents, and partners.
- Represent the company in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business delegations to generate leads and close new business opportunities.
- Develop export sales plans aligned with the company's growth strategy and market priorities.
- Coordinate with internal logistics, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support pricing and market entry strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, market analysis, and performance reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in export sales, preferably in packaging, plastics, or manufacturing industries.
- Proven success in opening new export markets and developing international B2B sales channels.
- Hands-on experience attending international exhibitions, trade fairs, and export promotion events.
- Solid understanding of export processes and documentation (commercial awareness level).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Fluency in English (French is a strong plus).
